Check in: Check in is from 3:00-7:00pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 7:00pm so alternate arrangements may be made.

Check out: Late check out is available if the room isn't reserved for the next day, otherwise we ask guests to check out by noon.

Reservations: Confirmations are by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Your card will be charged on the date of check in. If you pay cash, it is collected at the time of check in. Reservations for large groups, holidays and special events are charged a non-refundable fee of 50% of room charges.

Cancellations: A 50 percent deposit will be charged if you cancel less than seven days prior to your stay. There is a 100 percent charge if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your stay.

Smoking: Smoking and open flames are not allowed in the house at any time, under any circumstances. Smoking is permitted outside on the exterior porches only. There is a $50 charge per instance for any act of smoking in the house.

Pets: Sorry, we can not accommodate pets other than our dog, Bailey. She is kept out of sight unless her presence is requested.

Breakfast: is served from 7:00 to 9:00 on weekdays and 9:00 to 10:00 on weekends, alternative times can be arranged upon request.
