Dallas has a new foodie destination. It’s located about 2 ½ miles from Bailey’s at the west end of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. Trinity Groves is a not just a bunch of restaurants in close proximity but rather a restaurant “theme park.” The project is what restaurateur Phil Romano and his partner’s are calling a restaurant incubator. Interested restaurateurs and would be chefs take their proposals to Trinity Groves and the company backs them with funding in exchange for a percentage of the profits.

Whether you feel like barbeque or burgers, Cajun or tapas, you can find it here. There are currently nine restaurants open – all in a converted truck terminal. And more are in the works. So if you are hungry you should head on over. You won’t be disappointed.
